About this project

We proudly worked on the UI/UX designs for a repair lead-flow for an Apple Service Provider and a Dutch insurance organization. This was a proof of concept for the new SaaS model of SAMI: Software-as-a-service to self-diagnose Apple devices by solely using the built-in hardware of the device.

For this design, we created an interactive prototype that extensively visualized the way the app works, focusing on user feedback.
